Front Desk Agent (Full-Time) – 1st & 2nd Shift

We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our Hampton Inn family! If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.
As the first and last person our guests interact with, you'll play an important role in ensuring every stay is memorable.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Balance cash drawer and complete shift reports
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Follow Hilton brand standards and hotel policies
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Reliable with strong attendance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning hotel software
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
Schedule
- Full-Time (35 hours per week)
- Must be available to work 1st and/or 2nd shift
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Overtime opportunities may be available
