Miami Valley Roofing & Restoration is a family-owned roofing, siding, and gutter company based in Waynesville, Ohio. We have been serving homeowners throughout the Miami Valley since 2015, and we are growing our in-house gutter division.
We are looking for an experienced seamless gutter installer who can step in, produce quality work, and grow into a crew leadership role.
This is not a temporary labor position. We are looking for someone who wants steady work, responsibility, respect for their experience, and an opportunity to build something with us.
What We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have hands-on experience installing seamless gutters
- Can accurately measure, pitch, cut, and install gutter systems
- Understand downspout placement and drainage
- Can fabricate and install inside and outside miters
- Have experience with 5-inch, 6-inch and 7-inch gutter systems
- Have experience operating or working with a seamless gutter machine
- Can install gutter guards and gutter protection systems
- Understand fascia, soffit, and common exterior conditions that affect installation
- Are comfortable working from ladders and at heights
- Take pride in clean, professional workmanship
- Can work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Communicate well with customers and coworkers
- Can eventually help lead and train other installers
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing residential seamless gutter systems throughout the Miami Valley
- Measuring and planning gutter and downspout layouts
- Operating and assisting with our gutter fabrication equipment
- Installing gutters, downspouts, accessories, and gutter protection systems
- Identifying fascia, drainage, and installation concerns before they become problems
- Maintaining clean and organized jobsites
- Working alongside our roofing, siding, and exterior teams
- Helping maintain the workmanship standards our customers expect
- Taking on increased crew leadership responsibility based on experience and performance
