Revive and Rise Remodeling is growing and looking for an experienced Lead Remodeler capable of taking ownership of residential remodeling projects in the field.
This is a leadership position.
We need someone who can walk onto a kitchen or bathroom remodel, understand the project, determine what needs to happen next and keep the job moving without an owner constantly supervising the project.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading remodeling projects in the field, including:
- Running kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Reviewing project plans and scopes
- Coordinating daily jobsite activities
- Directing installers and helpers
- Cabinet installation
- Finish carpentry
- Framing
- Drywall and general remodeling
- Identifying problems before they become delays
- Communicating material needs
- Maintaining quality standards
- Maintaining jobsite cleanliness
- Communicating with project management
- Protecting customers' homes
- Training less-experienced employees
- Completing punch-list items
- Helping projects stay on schedule and budget

This Position Is NOT
This isn't a position for someone who only performs one trade.
It also isn't a position where an owner will tell you every task that needs to happen next.
We're specifically looking for someone who understands residential remodeling as a complete process and is capable of taking responsibility for field execution.
What Success Looks Like
A successful Lead Remodeler should eventually be able to receive a project from our Project Manager and run the field portion of that project through completion.
You'll have support from project management and company leadership, but you'll be trusted to lead the jobsite.
