We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Wrap Installer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal adhesion of wraps and graphics
- Measure and cut vinyl wraps accurately using hand tools and digital templates
- Apply vehicle wraps with precision, ensuring smooth, bubble-free finishes using squeegees and heat guns
- Use power tools such as grinders, sanders, and spray guns to perform surface repairs or refinishing as needed
- Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal and painting, to create a flawless base for wrapping
- Conduct automotive buffing and detailing to enhance the vehicle’s appearance before and after installation
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and adhering to safety protocols like respiratory protection
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in dealership auto body repair, auto painting, or automotive surface preparation is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, and spray guns
- Familiarity with surface preparation techniques such as masking, sanding, and auto restoration processes
- Knowledge of automotive buffing, detailing, auto glass installation, and auto estimating is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients or team members
- Commitment to safety practices including the use of respiratory protection during spray applications or sanding processes
- Valid experience with automotive surface finishing techniques like conventional spraying or airless paint spraying is a plus
