Role Description
This is a part-time in-office role located in Irvine, CA. The Crewing Coordinator will handle the coordination of hiring and scheduling of crewing personnel for various live sports broadcast events, ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities include communicating with clients and hire crew members, onboarding and managing schedules, and addressing last-minute staffing changes. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work closely with the operations team to maintain efficient event execution.
Should be familiar with Sports Production and Broadcast Operations and working with various Broadcast Networks.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with the sports and entertainment production industry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and crew members
- Proficiency with administrative tools such as excel spreadsheets and scheduling software
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills for handling last-minute changes and challenges

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
