Recruiting Services:
- Subscription-based recruiting (no large placement fees)
- Full-cycle hiring support
- Candidate sourcing & placement
- Dedicated recruiter per client

These services are high-demand and recurring, meaning clients stay on monthly — and so does your commission.
Compensation (This Is Where It Gets Good)
- 100% Commission-Based
- Residual commissions paid EVERY month on active clients
- High upfront commissions on closed deals
- No cap on earnings
Example:
- Close 5 clients at $1,000/month
- Earn ongoing commissions every single month they stay active
Realistic earnings:
- Month 1: $3K–$8K
- Month 3+: $8K–$20K+ (stacking residuals)
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business (calls, email, networking)
- Pitch marketing & recruiting services to business owners
- Identify client needs and present solutions
- Close deals and pass to onboarding team
- Build and manage your sales pipeline
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (B2B, SaaS, recruiting, or marketing)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
- Comfortable working independently
