About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Assembler & Shipment Handler to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be a vital link in our operation—not only building and assembling our precision parts but also ensuring they are packaged, documented, and shipped out to our clients safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Production & Assembly:
- Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components according to technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to fit, align, and secure parts.
- Perform basic quality checks on finished sub-assemblies to ensure they meet strict tolerance and performance standards.
- Following SOP to a T.
Shipping, Logistics & Freight:
- Prepare and pack finished goods for both standard small parcel (UPS, FedEx) and heavy LTL/LTL freight shipping.
- Securely crate, band, and palletize heavy or oversized equipment for freight transport to ensure zero transit damage.
- Generate accurate shipping documents, including bills of lading (BOLs), packing slips, and international shipping labels.
- Coordinate directly with freight carriers and scheduling pickups.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts for shipping supplies and replacement parts.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, warehouse operations, or shipping/logistics.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable working with basic hand/power tools and reading standard schematics or build sheets.
- Freight Savvy: Proven experience with palletizing, strapping, and prepping heavy freight, as well as working with freight carriers and BOLs.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately match part numbers, cross-reference inventory logs, and catch minor product defects.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to [Insert weight, e.g., 50–70 lbs] regularly. Forklift experience is a major plus.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable using shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, FedEx/UPS managers) and entering data into inventory systems.
