Upper Elementary Classroom Teacher

Grace Lutheran School is seeking a passionate, Christ-centered educator to join our school family for the upcoming school year. We are looking for a teacher who is enthusiastic about building relationships, creating engaging learning experiences, maintaining high expectations, and partnering closely with families in a supportive Christian school environment.

Responsibilities
- Foster a positive, structured, and Christ-centered classroom environment
- Plan and deliver engaging instruction aligned to curriculum standards
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
- Communicate regularly and professionally with families
- Collaborate with colleagues as part of a supportive teaching team
- Utilize organizational and instructional systems that support student success
- Integrate faith naturally into the school day and classroom culture
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, and professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Current Florida teaching certification (or ability to obtain certification)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for Christian education and working with elementary students
- Experience in elementary education preferred, but not required

Pay: $45,768.46 - $58,000.00 per year
