Platform Engineer – Kubernetes | Terraform | Multi-Cloud

PAY: Target salary for this role is between
$145,000 and $165,000 annually, but may vary based on experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
This is a
Senior Platform Engineer opportunity focused on building and evolving a modern internal developer platform that enables engineering teams to deliver software reliably, securely, and at scale.
In this role, you'll design and manage cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP while driving Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, Kubernetes operations, CI/CD automation, and platform observability. You'll partner closely with application, networking, and security teams to improve developer experience, automate infrastructure, and establish engineering standards across the software delivery lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, provision, and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Terraform Cloud
- Build and operate Kubernetes environments across Azure AKS, AWS EKS, and GCP GKE
- Develop and maintain GitOps deployment pipelines using Flux and modern CI/CD platforms
- Build self-service platform capabilities that simplify infrastructure for development teams
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering experience
- Strong production Kubernetes experience (AKS, EKS, or GKE)
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Terraform Cloud
- Experience implementing GitOps using Flux, ArgoCD, or similar technologies
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Harness, Jenkins, or comparable platforms
- Experience working across multiple cloud providers including Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Proficiency with Python, Go, or Bash for automation

Preferred qualifications include experience with service mesh technologies, developer portals such as Backstage, FinOps, regulated environments, or cloud and Kubernetes certifications.
