Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Residential Dock & Boat Lift Installer to join our team. In this role, you will install, remove, maintain, and repair residential docks, boat lifts, and related waterfront equipment. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is mechanically inclined, and can safely perform physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and remove residential docks and boat lifts. A barge does the heavy lifting.
- Assist with seasonal dock and lift installation and removal schedules.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, transport, and organize materials and equipment.
- Operate boats, trailers, forklifts, skid steers, and other equipment is a plus.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety requirements.
- Maintain clean job sites and properly care for company vehicles, boats, and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus).
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and perform strenuous physical labor.
- Comfortable working on and around water.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Will have on the job training.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
