Performs Human Resource functions and support duties including routine and non-recurring based on instructions, laws, policies and/or procedures while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and validity in the HR processes.

- Back up for HR Payables

Job Requirements

Must be able to multi-task and prioritize

Must have a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency & confidentiality

Proficient in the use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions

Ability to use various computer programs specific to the position

Advanced knowledge & experience with Excel

Good communication skills & telephone etiquette

Able to work well with HR team as well as independently

Basic Accounting skills

Minimum 1 years of Human Resources education and/or experience required.
