About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to oversee our forging and production operations. You will drive operational excellence by leading engineering teams, optimizing production workflows, and implementing advanced process improvements to enhance yield and safety.
Responsibilities-
Direct the manufacturing engineering department, fostering a culture of technical growth and professional development for all functional teams.

Design and implement robust manufacturing processes for new product launches, ensuring strict adherence to capacity, timing, and capital expenditure budgets.

Oversee the procurement and integration of high-performance production equipment tailored for complex metal forming and assembly.

Analyze real-time process performance data to identify bottlenecks, reduce operational costs, and improve overall equipment effectiveness.

Champion quality assurance initiatives by mitigating process risks and enforcing standardized engineering procedures across the facility.

Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical guidance to resolve complex production issues and maintain continuous uptime.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of hands-on experience in forging, machining, or powder metal manufacturing environments.

3+ years of progressive leadership experience managing technical teams.

Proficiency in engineering software suites such as CAD, Mastercam, CATIA, or MATLAB.

Demonstrated success in managing large-scale CapEx projects and process launches.

Experience utilizing ERP systems like Plex for production management and documentation.

Strong background in developing training programs and succession planning for engineering talent.
