Position Overview:
Jerry’s Bar is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team!
Pay: $25/hour
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage and schedule staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle inventory and ordering
- Maintain cleanliness and health standards
- Support events and busy service periods
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule (nights and weekends)
- Passion for hospitality and team leadership
