Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician!
Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, working with your hands, and keeping properties in great condition? We’re seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. What You’ll Do
- Respond to maintenance and repair requests efficiently and with strong attention to workmanship
- Prepare apartments for new residents by completing turnover repairs and improvements
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance to keep properties operating smoothly
- Identify larger or recurring issues and communicate them to the team
What We’re Looking For
We’re happy to train the right candidate.
- Basic skills in painting, plastering, and general repairs
- Experience with minor plumbing and electrical work, or a willingness to learn
- Ability to hang doors and cabinets and install vinyl floor tile
- Comfort using hand tools, maintenance equipment, and smartphone apps to log work orders
- General home renovation or construction experience is a plus
Our Properties
We manage a diverse portfolio that includes apartment buildings, townhomes, single-family homes, and commercial properties throughout the Pittsburgh, PA area. No two days are the same. It is important to note that this job will require you to travel between properties. You will be reimbursed for mileage between properties and drive time between properties is paid.
