Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations
- Upsell additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace to promote a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care, hair styling, and esthetic treatments.
- Assist with retail sales of nail care products to clients.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
