Divine Care Home Services is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and relationship-driven Business Development Coordinator to help grow our presence throughout the Permian Basin. As an award-winning home care agency, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care that allows our clients to remain safely and comfortably in their homes.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building professional relationships, networking in the community, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and their families.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation facilities, senior living communities, hospice agencies, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Identify new referral sources and business opportunities.
- Represent Divine Care Home Services at community events, health fairs, networking meetings, and educational events.
- Conduct presentations to healthcare professionals and community organizations.
- Follow up with referral partners and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Track marketing activities, referral sources, and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Serve as a positive ambassador for the Divine Care Home Services brand.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare marketing, home health, hospice, senior services, medical sales, or business development preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
