OsteoStrong NYC Flatiron is looking for an energetic, personable, and dependable Wellness Coach / Client Experience Associate to join our team.
In this role, you’ll work directly with members, guide them through their weekly OsteoStrong sessions, assist with wellness and recovery modalities, and help create a welcoming and motivating experience for every person who walks through our doors.
Experience in fitness, wellness, sales, or customer service is a plus, but previous coaching experience is not required. We provide hands-on training.
What You’ll Do
- Guide members through their weekly OsteoStrong sessions
- Demonstrate proper positioning and use of OsteoStrong equipment
- Work one-on-one with clients of different ages and fitness levels
- Assist members with recovery and wellness modalities
- Educate current and prospective members about OsteoStrong services
- Build strong relationships with members and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with membership sales, follow-ups, and client retention
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with basic front-desk responsibilities
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
Who We’re Looking For

- Passionate about health, fitness, or wellness
- A strong communicator with excellent customer-service skills
- Comfortable learning new technology and equipment
- Comfortable discussing memberships and services with prospective clients
- Able to work independently as well as part of a small team
Preferred but not required:Experience in fitness, wellness, personal training, physical therapy/rehab settings, customer service, hospitality, membership-based businesses, or sales.
High school diploma/GED required. Must be at least 18 years old.
Schedule
This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20–25 hours per week.
Saturday availability from 10:30 AM–4:00 PM is REQUIRED and non-negotiable.
Additional weekday shifts will be scheduled based on availability and studio needs. Sundays are off.

About OsteoStrong
OsteoStrong is a wellness center focused on improving skeletal strength, balance, and overall physical performance through a unique system used during brief, once-weekly sessions. Our Flatiron location also offers wellness and recovery modalities such as BioCharger, NormaTec compression, and PEMF.
