DuraSeal is hiring outgoing, dependable Neighborhood Canvassers to fuel our fast growth in the Greenville, North Carolina market. You’ll knock warm, pre-marketed neighborhoods, start friendly conversations with homeowners, and book free, no-obligation quote appointments for our specialists.
$15.00/hour base + uncapped performance bonuses. Active canvassers typically earn $1,000–$2,250/week, paid weekly.

What you’ll do:
- Knock assigned “hotspot” neighborhoods near our active jobs and recent mailers.
- Start friendly, honest conversations and book free, no-obligation quote appointments on our specialists’ calendars.
- Leave a door hanger when no one’s home, and tell homeowners who decline about our referral program.
- Log every door in our simple mobile app.
- Hand off your booked appointments to our specialists — no inspecting, measuring, or pricing.
How you earn
- $15/hour base, paid weekly — your guaranteed floor for every hour you work, so you always take home a steady paycheck.
- Uncapped, escalating performance bonuses on every appointment that runs. The more quality appointments you set, the higher your per-appointment rate climbs — we’ll walk you through exactly how it works on a quick call.
- Your pay isn’t tied to the sale. You earn when your appointment runs — the homeowner keeps it and our specialist shows up. Whether it sells is on us, not you. All you do is book a quality appointment that sticks.
- Realistic earnings at ~30 hours/week: strong canvassers earn around $1,000–$1,600/week, and top performers $2,250+/week — well over $100,000 a year.
Your path up — and it’s fast

- Pod Leader — your first promotion. Prove yourself quickly and step up to lead a pod of fellow canvassers, earning an override on every appointment your pod sets, on top of your own pay.
- Sales team in as little as 5–10 weeks. Set around 150 quality appointments and you’re first in line for our W-2 sales roles, where reps realistically earn $100,000–$160,000+ per year.

This is a career, not a summer gig. When door-knocking slows in the fall and winter, you’ll cross-train into community events and trade-partner outreach, so your hours and earnings keep going all year long.
