You diagnose the issue quickly, walk the homeowner through clear repair and replacement options using approved pricing, and earn the green light. You complete a code-compliant repair, capture photos and notes in ServiceTitan, generate the invoice, and collect payment — all before restocking your service vehicle and heading to the next job. Between calls, you keep tools organized, communicate professionally, and prioritize safety.
- Pinpoint and resolve plumbing problems in homes and light commercial sites
- Repair, replace, and install fixtures and systems to code and company standards
- Evaluate whole systems; present clear repair/replacement paths to customers
- Recommend and sell services, repairs, and upgrades using approved pricing and sales processes
- Deliver outstanding communication and customer care on every visit
- Use ServiceTitan to document estimates, photos, notes, invoices, and job details accurately
- Process transactions and collect payments with precision
- Keep your truck, tools, and parts inventory clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Uphold safety protocols, company policies, and all applicable plumbing codes
- Proven background as a residential Plumbing Service Technician
- Deep knowledge of residential plumbing systems and common fixtures
- Hands-on proficiency with ServiceTitan
- Consultative sales skills — presenting options and closing recommended work
- Top-tier communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
- Valid California driver’s license and a driving record that meets company policy
- Proficient in: Plumbing
