What You'll Do
- Assist buyers in finding and purchasing homes
- Work with homeowners preparing to list and sell their properties
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Generate and follow up with prospective clients
- Prepare offers, contracts, and transaction documents
- Communicate with clients throughout the buying and selling process
- Develop referral and repeat business
- Network and prospect for new opportunities
- Market yourself and your real estate business
- Stay informed about the Memphis-area housing market

An active Tennessee real estate license is preferred. Candidates currently pursuing licensure may also be considered.
Reliable transportation and the ability to meet clients throughout Memphis, Germantown, Collierville, and surrounding communities are required.
Compensation
Estimated Annual Compensation: $30,000–$100,000+
This is a commission-based real estate sales opportunity with no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Actual earnings vary based on individual production, closed transactions, commission arrangements, and other applicable factors.
