Overview:
The Food Runner is to create the finest experiences for our guest, provide
exceptional service and create a connection with our guests with warmth, energy,
teamwork and professionalism. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
Responsibilities:
- Maintains a professional image.
- Maintains professional working relationships.
- Delivers food items to guests quickly and accurately.
- Maintains clean and organized work areas.
- Strong product knowledge.
- Respects guest right of way.
- Assures complete food order delivery.
- Notifies manager of unhappy guests.
- Performs assigned sidework duties.
- Assists managers/chefs as directed.
Qualifications:
- Stands during 6-8 hour shift.
- May be required to assist service staff during peak periods.
- Able to manage unsatisfactory guest experience.
- Lifts 50 pound trays during shift and may carry up stairs.
- Able to hear guest order and requests amidst loud, background
noise.
Pay Range: USD $12.00 - USD $12.00 /Hr.
