Residential Property Services Specialist
Location: Garden City, MO HQ (Serving the Kansas City Metro) but can be located anywhere in KC metro.
Starting Pay: $16–18 per hour

What You'll Do
- Perform residential property cleanups and improvement projects
- Operate company trucks and trailers (training available)
- Load, secure, and transport materials safely
- Assist with removal, and hauling
- Learn proper trailer operation and backing techniques
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Work as part of a professional team serving homeowners and property owners
Every day is different. You'll work on a variety of removal tasks and challenges on best practice to remove furniture and other items quickly, effectively, and efficiently Developing practical skills that transfer well into many trades.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Shows up on time and is dependable
- Has a valid driver's license
- Has reliable transportation
- Enjoys physical work and being outdoors
- Can safely lift 75 pounds. And can lift heavier items with team members.
- Takes pride in quality workmanship we want people who care and respect other homes, belongings, and values.
- Treats company equipment with respect
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
Experience with trucks, trailers, farming, construction, lifting and moving bulky items is a plus—but not required. We'll train the right person.

Work Area
Our projects are located throughout the Kansas City metro and surrounding communities.
Applicants from Harrisonville, Garden City, Archie, Peculiar, Belton, Raymore, Butler, Lee's Summit, and nearby areas are encouraged to apply.
While we hire from many surrounding communities, the workday typically begins and ends at our Garden City yard But with a company truck- you will be able to start the day and head directly to first location of the day!!
