Sales Representative – Roofing & Exterior Restoration

What You'll Do
- Generate new business by canvassing residential neighborhoods
- Schedule and perform complimentary roof and exterior inspections
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Build trust and guide customers through the restoration process
- Maintain accurate customer records and track project progress
- Follow up with homeowners throughout the life of each project
- Represent TN Quality Roofing with professionalism and integrity
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of sales experience (any industry)
- Roofing, construction, or home improvement experience is a plus—but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors and walk residential neighborhoods
