Experience with student employment administration in a higher education setting, including job classification compliance and collective bargaining agreements. Experience conducting audits of student enrollment or employment records to ensure alignment with payroll and tax requirements. Experience supporting contract or agreement review processes in collaboration with Procurement, Risk Management, or similar entities. Experience designing and administering surveys, analyzing student outcomes data, and preparing reports to inform decision-making and measure program impact. Knowledge of employment authorization requirements and demonstrated experience reviewing I-9 documentation and determining eligibility for work authorization. Knowledge of risk management and insurance practices, including experience facilitating student liability insurance or reviewing internship site risk to support compliance. Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage administrative systems or technology solutions that streamline workflows, track compliance activities, and improve data accuracy. Proven leadership experience guiding administrative staff, fostering adaptability, collaboration, and accountability in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and compliance-driven environment. Demonstrated expertise in operations analysis, problem solving, and strategic process improvement, including the ability to interpret data and develop sound recommendations for new or revised policies. Strong consultative and facilitation skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse internal and external partners, manage sensitive or complex situations with discretion, and build consensus around process improvements. Ability to effectively present ideas and concepts in written, verbal, and presentation formats to influence decision-making and advance organizational goals.
