Mind Above Matter (MAM) is a leading provider of behavioral health services offering the full continuum of outpatient care for adolescents through adulthood. We offer expert treatment and compassionate adolescent/adult – centered care supporting mental health. We provide services at our locations located in Texas, in the Burleson, Keller, Lewisville areas and maintain partnerships with numerous local school districts.
We are currently hiring an unit mental health technician/driver that is looking to use their skills to make a difference in an adolescent / adult life in our Lewisville, Texas location.
Salary: $16 - $18 / hourly rate
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete daily client check – in
- Provide direct supervision and maintain consistent close contact with clients
- Observe client behaviors and document in EMR
- Plan, facilitate and monitor group therapy activities
- Provide crisis resolution and management
- Complete and file daily documentation
- Communicate with clients, families, and team members
- Transportation
Requirements:
- Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Associate degree in mental health related field
- Preferred: One-year professional work experience in mental health field
- Required: Must be willing to drive/transport
