Part-time LPN or RN Needed- Flexible Daytime Hours

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN or RN to assist an adult woman

living independently in her own apartment. This is a unique opportunity to provide

personalized care while working alongside the individual and her established self-

directed support team.

Responsibilities may include:

 Assisting with hygiene and daily care needs

 Provide support with lifting, repositing and rolling

 Empty and reseal Urostomy bag and Colostomy bag

 Assisting with wound care

 Accompanying the individual to medical appointments

 Communication with healthcare providers as needed

 Assisting with dressing and changing bed linens

Requirements:

 Current LPN or RN license in good standing

 Experience working with individuals with physical disabilities preferred

 Ability to work independently while collaborating with a support team

 Must complete fingerprinting, background check, and drug testing are required

Schedule:

 Flexible daytime hours available

 No Monday shifts

 Approximately 4 hours per week, with additional hours available on an as-

needed basis

 Per-diem

Salary:

 $30 per hour based on credentials and experience

 Payroll managed through Acumen Fiscal Agent

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
