Qualifications
- Honda Master Technician certification required
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform advanced engine, transmission, drivability, and electrical repairs
- Commitment to producing high-quality work efficiently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Team-oriented attitude and professional work ethic
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Honda vehicles to factory standards
- Perform warranty, customer-pay, and internal repairs accurately and efficiently
- Complete thorough multipoint inspections
- Communicate findings clearly with service advisors
- Maintain accurate repair documentation
- Stay current on Honda technology and repair procedures
- Help mentor and support less experienced technicians when needed
