Key Requirements:
- Active NYS Radiologic Technologist License (or ability to obtain before start)
- ARRT certification
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Minimum two years of professional IR Tech experience
- VIR certification preferred
Schedule:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging with expertise in exposure selection, positioning, and operation of radiology equipment; promptly report malfunctions to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare and instruct patients for examinations, assist the Radiologist during procedures, and ensure a comfortable patient experience while upholding rights and privacy.
- Complete procedures efficiently; assist team members and contribute to smooth room turnover between cases.
- Stay vigilant regarding medication security and maintain confidentiality across all patient interactions and documentation processes.
- Operate Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), and PACS with proficiency; maintain secure and confidential access.
- Respond professionally to technical inquiries from healthcare staff, providing clear and accurate information while practicing excellent phone etiquette.
- Participate in departmental process improvement activities, projects, or task forces when appropriate.
