Specialty Machinery Inc is seeking a Custom Service Associate to join our team!
This is a competitively paid position; pay is based on experience and skill sets.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide information about products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products and services
- Assist with pulling, packaging and shipping products
- Maintain accurate inventory
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, shipping/receiving or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to safely lift 40 pounds unassisted.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
