Who We're Looking For:
We’re hiring friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our opening team. No prior experience is required — just a great attitude and willingness to learn. You'll be trained to use our exclusive tea brewing machine, understand our tea menu, and create a meaningful experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Prepare and serve tea-based beverages with precision and care
- Master the use of our signature tea brewing equipment (training provided)
- Follow strict hygiene, food safety, and quality control procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen, and dining areas
- Handle cash and card payments using the POS system
- Restock and organize supplies
- Support opening and closing store operations
- Be a brand ambassador for Chicha San Chen
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Strong work ethic and a passion for customer service
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Prior barista, café, or customer service experience is a plus — but not required
