How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Define, design, and implement market level and national scale sourcing strategies to identify and build talent pools of active and passive candidates for specific, critical-hire requirements.

Focus on high-touch, personalized engagement of top-caliber talent through creative outreach and initial discovery calls to ensure a superior candidate experience from first contact.

Continually test and implement emerging sourcing technologies and tools to better identify and engage passive leads, sharing successful tactics and results with the broader team.

Partner closely with Talent Advisors and recruitment marketing to share search information, track success metrics, and document wins to facilitate a more effective search process.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume sourcing or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of developing innovative strategies to attract hard-to-find talent in competitive markets.

Demonstrated proficiency in Boolean searching and resume platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, HireEZ), with the ability to engage talent via alternative channels like social media, niche communities, and deep-web searching.

Previous experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems is required, with specific proficiency in iCIMS or Oracle preferred.
