We are an independent dealer with 4 locations, looking for a qualified and experienced Service Writer / Adviser in our Kinston location.
The person we are looking for must understand service sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments
- Communicate with customers to determine the nature of the service appointment.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Quote and sell needed repairs estimates with parts and labor.
- Manage technician workflow.
- Order and track parts when required.
- Update customers with repair status.
- Redeliver vehicles to the client once complete.
- Process warranty claims.
- Attend training classes as directed by dealer management.
Qualifications:
- Two years of sales experience
- Automotive knowledge
- Strong writing skills
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Pay Rate:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
