Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Delivery Driver/Installer to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely delivering our Ranch Pool to customer locations in NJ, CT, PA, and NY, while providing exceptional service and support during installation. Your mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and field service experience will ensure each delivery is smooth, efficient, and exceeds expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving with hands-on installation work, making a tangible difference in our customers’ homes and businesses.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate trucks while pulling a trailer with large poolsto various locations.
- Unload, handle, and position pools into place, ensuring safe delivery practices.
- Install our Ranch Pools, including connecting hoses, pumps, heater/chillers and following technical instructions.
- Conduct basic repairs or troubleshooting as needed during installation or service calls.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining product features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on delivery vehicles and report any mechanical issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver with a clean driving record; experience with pulling a trailer is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform appliance repair, electrical work, or refrigeration setup.
- Prior field service or service technician experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic assembly skills for appliances or equipment installation.
- Ability to lift heavy items safely and work in physically demanding environments.This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in active settings and enjoy hands-on work combined with driving responsibilities.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
