MIX | Medical Innovation Exchange is looking for an Operations & Community Manager to help support and grow our MedTech innovation ecosystem.
MIX brings together founders, physicians, investors, engineers, and operators through curated events, strategic relationships, educational initiatives, and community-building experiences focused on advancing healthcare innovation.
This is not a traditional corporate role.
We’re looking for someone who is energized by startups, innovation, relationship-building, and helping create meaningful experiences and connections within the MedTech ecosystem.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating high-level MedTech events, founder dinners, and innovation gatherings
- Managing sponsor, partner, and member communications
- Supporting community growth and member engagement initiatives
- Helping organize systems, workflows, and operational execution across the business
- Assisting with outreach, content coordination, and strategic projects
- Supporting partnerships and ecosystem relationships
- Helping leadership prioritize and execute across multiple initiatives
- Ensuring smooth operational execution across community and business activities
