Hayes Barton Place, Raleigh’s newest Life Plan Community located inside the beltline, is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to join our team. Serving over 200 residents in a beautiful, resort-style setting, we are looking for someone who thrives in a highly service-focused, people-first environment.

What You’ll Do
As the Concierge, you are the first impression of our community—playing a key role in resident satisfaction, safety, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents, guests, and visitors
- Answer and route incoming calls with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage visitor check-in and resident notification procedures
- Coordinate and enter service requests for housekeeping, maintenance, and pest control
- Accept, track, and notify residents of packages and deliveries
- Support resident safety by assisting with emergency response procedures when needed
- Maintain awareness of building operations, layout, and safety systems
- Assist new residents, visitors, and prospective residents with questions and direction
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Ability to think critically and respond calmly in urgent situations
- Flexible schedule availability (including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed)
- Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- A team-first attitude and positive, can-do approach
Work Schedule
- 7.5 to 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break
