Carrying out small tasks with minimal supervision on construction sites.
Minimum Qualifications:
Possession of a drivers license with insurable driving record
At least 18 years old
Ability to work six (6) days per week (weekends) when required
Ability to work overtime when required
Ability to lift and move up to 50 - 100 pounds
Ability to receive and understand specific instructions
Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
Will be subject to random drug testing
Essential Functions:
Operating Tools and Equipment (We'll Train You!)
Follow directions of foreman for each specific project or job site
Clean and prepare pavement for paint
Paint long lines (highway) and short lines (parking lots)
Lift, carry, load, and unload construction items including pavement marking supplies, safety cones, stencils, etc.
Willing to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or foreman with other duties as required Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Follow safety policies
Working outdoors in various weather conditions
Travel may be required depending on project location
