Position Summary:
Responsible for processing customer transactions and delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment. Duties include handling various forms of payment, issuing receipts and refunds, selling items, and ensuring accurate pricing and billing. The role also involves greeting customers, answering questions, resolving concerns, and assisting with merchandise handling, including bagging items.
Key Responsibilities:

Process payments (cash, check, credit cards, gift cards, automatic debits)

Issue receipts, refunds, credits, and change

Sell tickets and merchandise

Verify pricing and complete transactions using registers or scanners

Provide customer service, answer questions, and resolve complaints

Greet customers and assist with purchases

Bag merchandise
