JOB SUMMARY:
The Program Manager II for Health Education, Research, Training, Clinical Services & Community Engagement leads planning and implementation of health education, research, training, clinical services, and community engagement initiatives that expand access to preventive care, improve health outcomes, and strengthen partnerships across community-based organizations, faith-based organizations, clinics, and public agencies. The role manages multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end—strategy, budgets, staffing, operations, data, and reporting—while advancing health outcomes across screening, prevention, disease management, and navigation services.
