In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of residential and vacation rental properties. Your energetic approach will ensure each space is spotless, welcoming, and ready for new guests or residents. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and vacation rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Execute detailed floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Handle organizing linens and towels to ensure fresh supplies are available.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Assist with housekeeper management duties when needed, including scheduling or coordinating cleaning tasks for multiple properties.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or vacation rental Cleaning with a focus on detailed sanitation practices.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including bathroom and kitchen cleaning, floor care, and general housekeeping procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests or residents.
- Experience in laundry services and handling linens efficiently.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and products to ensure effective sanitation.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
