What you’ll actually be doing:
- Install sauna and steam room systems, equipment, and custom-built components
- Work from drawings and plans to execute detailed installs
- Assemble, position, and secure mechanical/electrical components
- Coordinate with Project managers and other trades on-site
- Troubleshoot install issues and adjust in real time
- Ensure clean, high-quality finishes
- Maintain job site organization and safety
- Document all work done with pictures and report daily
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of installation, construction, or mechanical experience
- Experience with custom builds / detailed installs (preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude (tools, systems, troubleshooting)
- Ability to read plans and execute without constant oversight
- Comfortable working in client-facing, high-end environments
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Open to travel within the USA to job sites.
