Love the entertainment industry but prefer working behind the scenes? We're looking for a dependable team member to join our warehouse crew preparing professional lighting, audio, video, staging, and rigging equipment for upcoming events.
This is a hands-on warehouse position based in our Yorba Linda warehouse. You'll spend your day picking, packing, scanning, organizing, and loading equipment onto trucks to make sure every order is accurate and ready to go.
Schedule
- Location: Yorba Linda, CA
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Position: Full-Time, Seasonal
Our busiest season runs through early December. After that, there may be additional hours available as business picks back up, but they are not guaranteed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Pick, scan, pack, and stage equipment for outgoing orders following our warehouse procedures.
- Load and unload company trucks safely and efficiently.
- Double-check outgoing orders to make sure they're complete, accurate, and ready to go.
- Use Flex Rental Solutions to pull orders, track inventory, and update equipment status.
- Report missing, damaged, or short equipment to the Warehouse Supervisor and communicate order shortages to the appropriate team members.
- Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe while following company standards and meeting or exceeding Cal/OSHA requirements.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and general warehouse projects as needed.
- Work with other departments to make sure equipment is ready on time for upcoming events.
- Learn to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear the required PPE.
- Greet guests and clients who visit the warehouse and direct them to the Manager on Duty.
- Jump in wherever the team needs an extra hand.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or inventory experience is a plus.
- Experience with professional audio, lighting, video, staging, or rigging equipment is a bonus, but not required. We're happy to train the right person.
- Comfortable learning new software and using a computer.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Someone who shows up, works hard, and works well with a team.
- Able to communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
- Motivated to learn and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work overtime or occasional weekends during busy periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus, or willingness to become certified.

This position regularly requires employees to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Bend, kneel, squat, reach, push, and pull throughout the day.
- Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally move equipment weighing more than 100 pounds with assistance or the proper equipment.
- Perform repetitive lifting, carrying, gripping, and loading throughout the day.
- Work safely around warehouse equipment and changing temperatures.
- Distinguish colors for equipment identification, labels, and safety markings.
