Job Overview
We are seeking dependable Delivery Drivers who take pride in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every delivery arrives safely, on time, and in perfect condition. In this role, you will transport fresh floral arrangements, event décor, and rentals all while following scheduled routes and maintaining the highest level of care for each order.
As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with our designers and event staff to ensure every arrangement is carefully prepared, securely loaded, and delivered with professionalism. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a seamless experience for our clients from our shop to their doorstep.

Duties
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, and the customer is satisfied.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Providing excellent customer service
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Assist team members in cleaning the design room, coolers, and salesfloor at the end of shift.
- Assist flower processing team as necessary.
- Availability to work weekends (primarily Saturdays, as the shop is closed most Sundays), holidays, and occasional evening shifts during peak holiday seasons.
Experience
- Previous delivery driver experience, especially with courier or floral deliveries preferred
- Knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, and safe lifting practices essential for success in this role
- Ability to handle weight appropriately in the workplace while maintaining safety standards
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred but not necessary.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
