The Role
The HR Generalist owns day-to-day HR operations for a 44-person manufacturing company. You execute with consistency, follow through without being chased, and communicate proactively. You will be supported by an HR consultant for strategic guidance and will partner with our Office Coordinator on onboarding logistics. This is not a policy-enforcement role — it is a people-first role with the operational backbone to keep our compliance and systems tight.
What You’ll Own:
- HR operations & employee relations
- Payroll processing & validation (Rippling)
- Benefits administration & open enrollment
- Personnel files & compliance documentation
- Onboarding coordination (30/60/90 framework)
- Discipline & termination documentation
- HR data integrity & systems maintenance
- Compliance calendar & HR reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years HR generalist experience
- Payroll administration experience required
- Benefits & open enrollment experience
- Self-directed and organized — you finish what you start
- Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Arizona employment law familiarity preferred
- Manufacturing/operational environment a plus
- TEAM values alignment — the most important thing
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
