New Home Sales Consultants serve a critical role in creating our community and are held to high standards of excellence.
Typical Duties Include:
- Developing relationships with customers
- Procuring and following up on sales leads for our communities
- Networking & prospecting
- Maintaining quality customer service and leading buyers throughout the New Home Sales process
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Completing accurate and timely contract paperwork
- Obtaining and analyzing market data is critical for our communities to remain competitive
- Strong computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
- Weekends required
- Maintaining standard sales office hours, but understanding flexibility to meet customer schedules is a priority

Requirements:
Educational Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent professional work experience preferred
- A Real Estate License is not required
Preferred Experience/background:
- 2 Years’ Experience in new home sales
- Residential home-building experience required
- Proven knowledge of the market
- Knowledge of sales concepts
- Working knowledge of the mortgage industry
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
