Southern Sealing and Services is located in Huntsville, AL and we offer commercial and/or residential maintenance of parking lots. Our services include seal coating, striping, installing speed bumps/humps, thermoplastic striping, asphalt patching, crack sealing, and parking lot sign installation. We are currently looking to hire TWO new employees that have experience in the parking lot maintenance field.
Responsibilities: Experienced full-time or part time parking lot laborer needed with 3-24 months experience
- 3-24 months experience working with asphalt.
- Person with experience on the operation of a sealcoating machine
- Person with knowledge of asphalt raking, tamping, and rolling.
- Person with experience in seal coating and striping.
- Positive attitude, willingness to work more than 40 hours in all working conditions AND weekends
- Must be dependable with reliable transportation and legal citizenship documentation.
- Must have a clean driving record
- Ability to work safely, be dependable, and follow instructions
- Able to lift 50-75 lbs.
