University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendants to provide essential support to our clients in Auburn Hills, MI. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others maintain their independence and quality of life.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide mobility assistance and help with light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor clients’ conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients
- Follow care plans and comply with all company policies and procedures
- Previous experience in personal care or related field is an asset, but NOT required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting clients
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient attitude
- Valid driver’s license or State ID is required for the position
- Reliable transportation is a plus
- Competitive pay of $14.00 - $19.00 per hour, paid twice per month
