Job Purpose: The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for the overall administration and daily operations of all food and beverage outlets and ensure full compliance with company standards, policies, procedures and all applicable federal, state, local liquor, health, and safety regulations.
Essential Functions:
- Excellent internal/external guest service.

Responsible for management and administration of all the vital elements of the Food and Beverage Department including training, trade-knowledge, supervision and evaluation of assigned staff and scheduling.

Review activities in all restaurants and bar areas to gauge and improve staffing levels, working conditions and other matters which influence quality guest service and profitability.

Participates in preparation of budgets for all Food and Beverage Departments.

Oversee recommendations and establishment of prices and portions for products and services within approved profit and plan guidelines.

Maximize revenues and control costs of Food and Beverage operations.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local liquor regulations.
