As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and provide ongoing support and training to clients, families, and caregivers
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and effective communication
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and ethical guidelines in the field of behavior analysis
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- In-depth knowledge of behavioral health principles, techniques, and interventions
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably children
- Strong understanding of data collection methods and analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and other professionals
- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation
