What You'll Do
As a trusted member of our legal team, you will help manage personal injury cases through every stage of the litigation process, including:

Managing case files from intake through settlement or trial

Drafting pleadings, correspondence, discovery responses, demands, and legal documents

Coordinating the collection and review of medical records, billing records, and treatment documentation

Preparing medical summaries and case chronologies
-
Assisting with liability investigations and case development

Managing discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, subpoenas, and responses
-
Communicating regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, experts, and opposing counsel

Maintaining court calendars, litigation deadlines, and filing requirements
-
Preparing settlement packages, releases, and disbursement documents
-
Supporting attorneys with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
-
Organizing exhibits, witness materials, trial binders, and case files
-
Utilizing legal technology and case management software to keep matters organized and moving efficiently
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
-
3+ years of personal injury paralegal experience
-
Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation processes
-
Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records and billing documentation
-
Hands-on discovery experience
-
Knowledge of court procedures, deadlines, and e-filing systems
-
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-
Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications

Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Paralegal Certificate

Experience supporting attorneys through trial preparation

Familiarity with Clio, Filevine, MyCase, or similar case management platforms

Experience preparing settlement demands and negotiations support

Legal research experience
