The cook will prepare meals following a set menu. This position requires ability to follow menu as well as to prepare snacks and be flexible to alternate requests by the residents. Time management and organization along with flexibility is a plus. This position is under the direct supervision of the Dietary Manager.
The dietary aides are responsible for assisting in the kitchen with all dining duties, serving, cleaning tables following meals, setting tables, changing linens, providing customer service in dining room to residents and any other dietary assistance required by the cooks. This position is also under the direct supervision of the Dietary Manager.
